hi, after 'bout 100 tries, I really need some advice on this. how would u render something like this.
Image reference ![]() My render ![]() my setting, I turn on GI, change background color to solid white(255), and add area lights on left & right. I can't seem to get that dark corner/reflection on the glass & liquid. Also, my bottle looks very gray out. thanks

you generally haven't enough light in the scene.
getting that scene like the picture isn't as easy as you might think. it's actually pretty advanced. my advice would be to get your materials looking good first (plenty of glass advice in the materials forum and Tong's download repository) then sort out the lighting. it's a simple scene on the face of it, but you've a long way to go as it stands

Try to light your scene removing the area lights you have to the right and to the left. Start with only the background as light source, up the power of this light as needed.
