How realistic is an 1.2 update in the next few days? I don't want to bother you but we have to make some decisions regarding our pipeline for a job that starts in the very near future (to be honest it already started but we wait for 1.2 because we don't want to use ar3 within 11.5 )

as i said the time is not very good for Renato due to personal reasons. he still work on the bridge to get it ready.
he has to fix lasts things and make working compiles.

i hope to be able to tell a fix date tomorrow, but i want confirmation from Renato. not to disappoint any, with a false announcement.

overall the step to double precision on the render side of the maxon sdk was definitely very complicated for the vray plugin. the 64bit move was an easy game in comparence. we underestimated this i have to admit.

dear users, as promised more news this evening.

as latest info from the v4c4d development team, i finally can tell a release date:
the day of official release 1.2 will be monday evening.
as said the update is free toa ll registered userd, and the installers will be free to download from the forum.

some facts:
you will be able to use your existing vrayforc4d 1.1 key so you can start immediately and don't have to wait for new keys. for 11.5 you need no new key if you have already a c4d11 key. the demo should be online 1-2 days after release.
